For lack of a better name, here we meet the students of Robinson High - or at least the students who make (or will make) an appearance. Some of the people listed here aren't slated to show up for a looooooooong time, so don't worry about too many people being introduced all at once! Honestly, they're only on here because I want to show off their pretty pretty pictures. ^_^; The height I have listed is the full adult height - they may be shorter at the beginning of the comic (especially the boys!). TAYLOR FAIRFAXHair: Dark brown
Eyes: Hazel
Age: 16

One of the two main characters, the story revolves partly around his life, starting with the day he finds out his long-term girlfriend is moving to Belgium. One of the potential valedictorians of the school, Taylor likes school and adores math and logic. Prone to dramatic outbursts, Taylor is "more flaming than a pink triangle on fire", despite his claim that he's 100% straight. He's also diabetic, something that annoys him constantly as his favorite food was butterscotch. His favorite show in the world is Morgan in the Morning, for which he voluntarily gets up at 5:30.
COURTNEY VAUGHNHair: Dark red

The other main character, Courtney is first seen singing the part of Billy Flynn in the school musical, showing off both his spectacular voice and...other assets. Supposedly the best looking guy in the school, Courtney has a slight complex about being too good-looking - but it's not enough to stop him from using it to his advantage when the situation calls for it. Despite being well-known as a "total queer", Courtney still has girls (and guys) after him at all turns, even if most of them are soon put off by the fact that he appears certifiably insane most of the time. Naturally, he decides to focus his attention on someone who doesn't appear interested in him. Courtney is also somewhat of a klutz (read: a total one) when he's not concentrating, which mystifies most people, as he's also a gifted dancer.
ELIZABETH WARRENHair: Red

Elizabeth has been Taylor's girlfriend for the last two years, but they were best friends for years before that - ever since they met in second grade. Unfortunately, we meet Elizabeth right as she discovers that she's moving to Belgium, necessitating her breakup with Taylor, as she's far too practical to think a very long-distance relationship is going to work when the two principal parties are only sixteen. Despite that, she plans to stay friends with Taylor - after all, he's such a good target.
ANDREW CORTLANDHair: Dark brown

Age: 16

Well-hailed as the most flaming guy in school, Andrew somehow manages to be rather popular as well - as the fact that he's currently the class vice-president espouses. Despite seeming way too concerned with cute hairstyles and clothes, he also manages to be part of National Honor Society, Math Honor Society, and Business Honor Society, with enough time left over to preside over the "LGBT table" and pay close attention to the stock market. He and Courtney have been best friends since second grade, and despite a certain amount of fooling around with him, Andrew remains more or less loyal to his boyfriend, David Cohen.
AMANDA COHENHair: Black
Eyes: Dark brown
Age: 16
Height: 5'6"
The "bridge", Amanda is friends with both Taylor and Courtney - as well as pretty much everyone else in school. Bouncy and bubbly with a tendency to talk until someone slaps a hand over her mouth (and even that may not stop her), Amanda loves to tease, although she really likes to make everyone around her happy. She and her twin brother David make an interesting study in contrasts, although both are bisexual.
TERESA LOCHLEYHair: Dark blond

Known as the "biggest dyke in the school", Teri has some real problems with straight guys (and straight girls, to some extent). Some may even refer to her as a "raging bull dyke", and it's definitely true that she likes to look the part. Like Amanda, she knows both Taylor and Courtney before they meet, but unlike Amanda, she doesn't particularly care for Courtney. Many theorize that it's because she's actually attracted to him and can't handle the idea that it's just possible that she might be attracted to a guy. Despite all, she's actually a very caring friend - even if she DOES often threaten to cut Taylor's balls off for daring both to be straight and her friend.
COURTENAY RANSOMHair: Black

With the same name as Courtney (although not the same spelling!), Courtenay is often referred to by just her last name, something she hates. We first meet her in Taylor's pre-calculus class, an impressive feat as she's only a sophomore. A supremely cute and innocent-looking girl, Courtenay is a huge yaoi fan - something she tends to talk about a lot around Taylor, since it makes him so flustered. She'd love to see just about all boys happily shacking up with other boys, even if it puts her in precarious position, since she actually is straight. She has a gay friend named Jesse, who many suspect is actually just a figment of her imagination, though she insists otherwise.
THOMAS RIFEHair: Black

Very calm and more self-assured than most high school students have any right to be, Tom is just about Taylor's only prior male friend. Despite the fact that he's on more than one sports team, Tom is hardly anyone's idea of a dumb jock, or even of a jock at all - even if he looks the part perfectly. He's calm and quietly smart, as well as a skilled guitar player. Tom follows his own drummer, and as a result lets others' insults go with nary more than a smile. He does, however, get far too much entertainment out of teasing Taylor.
DAVID COHENHair: Black
Eyes: Grey
Age: 16
Height: 5'10"
Amanda's twin brother, David is also technically bisexual, although he's been dating Andrew for over a year and shows no signs of wanting to stray. Unlike Amanda, David is quiet almost to a fault, and when he does choose to talk, everyone listens, as it's such a rare occurrence. David is also extremely insightful - not talking seems to allow him to truly listen to those around him.
RILEY KADEHair: Blond

Age: 17
Height: 6'3"
A fellow jock, Riley is the opposite of Tom by being both loud and excitable. Though he seems to embody most of the dumb jock and straight guy stereotypes, he somehow manages to be rather endearing, if a bit insulting at times. He's inordinately proud of the fact that his jersey number is '69'. Frequently accused of never bothering to think, he's frequently guilty of it. He is also very gullible.
MELANIE WESTHair: Dark brown
Eyes: Dark blue

Often called Mel, Melanie played Velma in the school musical Chicago. A rather laconic senior, Mel tends to be rather cynical and seems fairly aloof, an image often belied by her outstanding performances on stage. She has a steady boyfriend from another school and thus won't date anyone else, despite her schoolwide acknowledgement of being "fucking hot" and many, many advances. Even Courtney is somewhat awed by her and has been known to only half-jokingly hit on her. She has a low tolerance for idiocy; she only barely tolerates Rochelle Belz, despite the latter acting as if they're good friends.
ROCHELLE BELZHair: Strawberry blond

A highly popular senior, Rochelle sets her sights on Courtney after starring in the school musical Chicago with him, making it her mission to make him both straight and hers. A little vapid but quite vivacious, Rochelle loves attention and glamour almost as much as her character in the musical does - so much that she nicknames herself Roxie.
ANDREA BELZHair: Dark brown

Roxie's younger sister, Andrea (pronounced Ahn-DRAY-uh) keeps a much lower profile, although she's almost as popular. Unlike Roxie, Andrea isn't vapid or clueless at all - quite the contrary. A schemer and a manipulator, Andrea enjoys playing mindgames with other people and generally causing mayhem no one even realizes she's causing. Think Glenn Close in Dangerous Liaisons - or maybe Sarah Michelle Gellar in Cruel Intentions, but without the drugs.
JAMIE LEESHair: Brown

Jamie is a senior girl who does makeup for the drama department and seems to have an unnatural fascination for Andrew's waist. Despite this, she appears to be less than straight, although no one knows much about her as the only time they ever see her outside of theater productions, she's generally hanging on Andrew and squealing, "WAIST!"
DANA SPENSERHair: Red

Age: 16
Height: 5'5"
Though not around at the beginning of the story, Dana moves to the area in mid-school year. A cute little goth girl who defies that description by being rather upbeat, Dana throws a definite wrench into Courtney's plans for Taylor.
DEIRDRE CROFTHair: Black
Eyes: Dark brown
Age: 15
Height: 5'8"
A softspoken girl, Deirdre is a year younger than everyone else and a new addition to the "LGBT table". An ultra-femme, Deirdre is very much a lesbian, and seems oblivious to the charms of anything male.
